Paul Lindstrom, Attorney

 Paul A. Lindstrom was born in Minneapolis, MN.  He grew up in Richfield, MN and graduated from Richfield High School in 1986.

Mr. Lindstrom attended the University of Minnesota (Duluth) and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (B.A.) from the University of Minnesota in 1991.  After receiving his undergraduate degree, he attended The William Mitchell College of Law, in St. Paul, MN where he received his Juris Doctrate (J.D.) in 1994 (Cum Laude) and was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar.   Thereafter, Mr. Lindstrom was admitted to the Federal Bar, U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, in 1995.  

Mr. Lindstrom is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin, Dakota, and Carver County Bar Associations.  While at The William Mitchell College of Law, Mr. Lindstrom worked for the law firm of Moss & Barnett, P.A. working in their Commercial Practice Department focusing on transactional matters.  Following admission to the Bar, he joined Lindstrom Law Offices in Edina, MN. and worked with Lindstrom Law Offices, a four attorney firm, focusing on Estate Planning, Commercial Transactions, and Real-Estate matters.  

Mr. Lindstrom moved to Eagan, MN in 1994 and in 2008 joined the Law Firm of Grannis & Hauge, P.A. also located in Eagan, MN.  There he continued his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Transactions, and Real-Estate matters.  Mr. Lindstrom remains an “Of Counsel” Attorney for Grannis & Hauge, P.A.  

In addition to being "Of Counsel" for Grannis & Hauge, P.A., Mr. Lindstrom established Lindstrom Estate & Trust to continue his focus on Estate Planning, Business Transactions, and Real-Estate matters.      

Mr. Lindstrom currently resides in Waconia, MN. with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children.  Lindstrom Estate & Trust has offices in Eagan, Bloomington, and Waconia.
